Give Paula just four months!
I'm 60 years old. I had resigned myself to being in the condition we're told is to be expected with age. In four months, the following has happened for me:
I'm down 40 pounds, back to my highschool weight.
I move about with greater ease. Now, I just pop up off the floor, where previously a crane was needed. I wake up and swing my legs to the floor without grunting and groaning in pain.
My high blood pressure went back to 120/80.
That's just four months! I can't wait to see what happens in a year. Everyone asks me what I'm doing. I highly recommend Paula and Form and Function Fitness.

A few years ago while going through menopause I really started to “feel my age”, my wrists, hands, feet and ankles were really screaming at me. One day my wrist popped and it felt like it was broken, an MRI showed RA, definitely not what I wanted to hear. Doctors wanted to put me on prescription medication, and that’s when I decided I needed to go a different route. I met Paula through a mutual friend that highly recommended her, so I booked my first appointment. To say I was impressed was an understatement, I’d never worked with anyone that was that strong and intuitive. I started working out with her to get stronger and more flexible. Living with chronic back and sciatic pain paired with extreme foot pain had taken a toll on me after 40 years of hard work building multiple businesses.
Within the first month of workouts I started to become stronger and more flexible, my pain lessened and my life improved significantly. Paula is passionate and enthusiastic about health and human anatomy, she constantly studies and has achieved many of her own fitness goals. I’m grateful our paths crossed. My husband and I have been working with Paula Warner for a couple of years. I am 71 years old, and I have been involved in fitness for my entire life. I still do yoga and pilates several times a week and walk or use some cardio machine almost daily. After working out with Paula mostly twice a week, I have noticed that I am better at doing the other workouts. I can also do the other activities I enjoy more easily because I am stronger and more connected to how my body works, and I love pushing past some limitations and weaknesses I thought I was always going to have to live with. If I happen to stumble, I can recover easily. I don't plan to stop moving any time soon, and Paula has helped me enjoy a better quality of life than I imagined possible at my age.

Wow!! Where do I start? I have been training with Paula Warner for just two weeks. I had my 4th session and I am convinced there is still hope for this 64 year old very overweight body of mine. It is amazing me already how much better I feel. I have been sedentary for so many years, I just didn't think I could really ever achieve a strong, functional body. I noticed yesterday how much more comfortable I am just standing for awhile. Normally, I just can't wait to sit down. Now I am standing comfortably with my weight evenly distributed, my feet firmly planted on the ground and it feels like my spine and whole body is in alignment and supported. That is after just 4 training sessions and 2 bodywork/massage sessions. I have a hip replacement, knee replacement and chronic tendinitis in my right arm. All of these areas were causing me pain and discomfort. Paula listens carefully to what I say and addresses the specific issue, both in bodywork and in directing me in exercises that strengthen the areas and at the same time relieve the pain and discomfort. She really, truly knows her stuff. She told me when we first started that she wanted to help me get the best results in the quickest time possible. I was afraid that meant intensive, exhausting workouts. I was wrong, what it meant was intensively focused workouts. That is a completely different and wonderful experience. I feel like I am starting to enjoy being in my body again. It is really hard to explain, you just have to try it yourself. I couldn't be more grateful to Paula Warner and to myself for being willing to try and to my friend Shelley Kay Evans for referring me. I will post in a few weeks to update my progress. I can't wait to see what my new life will look like.

After just two sessions with Paula focusing on the left side of my back I have been able to see tremendous strength gains, from not being able to do more than 3 heavily assisted pull ups to now being able to do 6 pull-ups with light resistance. My wife, JoLyn, and I have been doing the stretches, exercises, and foam rolling techniques we learned from Paula Warner for a couple of years. I am 70 years old and continue to notice improvement in my balance, strength, and coordination, especially compared to friends my age. I play pickleball and ride an ATV through rugged terrain, mostly with ease. We travel a lot, and my back used to go out regularly. Now, it happens very infrequently, and when it does, I do recover, and a lot faster when I'm consistent with my workouts. I have a better understanding of how my body works, and what I can do to take care of it, and I can continue to do the things I enjoy. Working with Paula has been life-altering.
